• MyTime cash deposit reconciliation to document what was received at the store and what was deposited into your bank account to catch any disappearing cash.
Franchise Compliance & Reporting: guaranteed compliance with Scenthound corporate requirements through our integration with ProfitKeeper. We will provide customized views of your Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet on the 15th of every month.
• ProfitKeeper Import: we accurately upload and import your data every month into the correct corporate allocations.
• Split revenue into the Scenthound standard chart of accounts to reveal income percentages and trends. We pull this from Zoho Analytics.
• Scenthound Franchise and Service Fee Splits: we review your monthly statements from Scenthound and break out your tech fee, royalties, supplies order, etc into the proper accounts.
Financial Consulting Based On Your Real Performance: we don’t expect every owner to extract value from Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets, so Flywheel produces a custom Scenthound Franchisee Financial Report showing your trends in Labor Eciency, Store Revenue & Profit Growth, and more!
